What we collect

Dive Curated does not require an account, and we do not collect names, payment details, or booking data. Booking itself happens on the operator's or booking platform's own site, under their own privacy policy. We currently run no analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data for every visit (IP address, browser type, timestamp, requested page) for security and operational purposes, per Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in keeping the site running securely).

Referral / affiliate links

Links to dive operators and booking platforms may include tracking parameters so the operator or platform can attribute a booking to Dive Curated and pay a referral commission. Once you click through, that site's own privacy policy applies. We don't see or store what happens after you leave this site.

Contact by email

If you email us, we use your address only to reply to you, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual / contact request). We don't add you to any mailing list.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to object to processing. Contact us at the email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Changes

As Dive Curated adds features (such as review or safety data sourced from third-party platforms), this policy will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
